Villa Hippocampus is situated at the top of a hill,only 725m from the villageof Naoussa, overlooking Naousa bay , providing unrestricted, panoramic views .
The Villa features a large private infinity pool , which almost merges with the sea, shaded dining areas, plenty of
outdoor lounging areas where you can chill out and enjoy the breathtaking view to the Kolimpithres bay during the day,
the magical sunset and the light scene of Naoussa and Paros during the evening.
Among the outdoor facilities there is BBQ patio, protected from the sea breeze and the refreshing Meltemi summer
wind, where you can lunch or dine in privacy.
The main entrance is at the upper (main) level and it leads you to a large well-furnished living room, an elegant dining
room and an open-plan kitchen. This level has access to a pergola-covered veranda lounge with magnificent sea view. The
fully-equipped and elegantly-designed kitchen will ensure you’ll feel like home, covering all the amenities a villa can offer .
The living room is fully furnished with top quality furniture and a modern aesthetic. The master bedroom with its own
bathroom is on the same level and has access to the veranda lounge too. The lower floor consists of three bedrooms. Two
of them with double beds, one of which provides access to the large pool area lounge and one bedroom with two single
beds (can be joined), also providing access to the same area.
The villa comfortably hosts 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. Upon request, 2 more beds may be available. There is also a service/maid room, located next to the pool-side area ( available upon request ).
All rooms are equipped with A/C, TV sets & closets.
